Orders are despatched the same working day if ordered before 4pm.

Within Australia all orders go Express Post so you can expect your order within 1 to 2 working days (if you are remote it may take longer).



For the rest of the world orders go via Air Mail, please allow a couple of weeks. We have successfully shipped to the following countries so far: Argentina, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, China, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Russian Federation, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu  - and if your country is not on the list we would love to add it!

Are you in the USA or Canada?
North America and Japan uses the NTSC television system while most of the rest of the world uses PAL. While none of our DVDs are region coded (so will play anywhere) they are of course PAL not NTSC. Many DVD players and computers will play both NTSC and PAL these days, but of course, yours may not. We can provide some titles in NTSC format, so if you are in the USA or Canada please contact us first before ordering.
